Terms and conditions for Knights of St Andrew pins, medals and certificates. Our normal turn around time is within 7 days from confirmed order. There are rare times when we are behind or out of stock for an item. This can be due to a large order or due to our supplier saying that the item did not meet standards and will be remade.
